The Annual Instructional Plan (AIP) tool for English Language Learners (ELL) in MyEducation BC is pivotal in ensuring tailored support and academic success for this diverse student demographic. By providing educators with a comprehensive framework to outline language acquisition goals and instructional strategies, this tool fosters a more inclusive learning environment. Through systematic tracking and assessment, it empowers educators to address individual student needs effectively, promoting equitable access to education and fostering linguistic proficiency. This presentation will present information on the AIP from the foundational level of rollout and technical user support from both large and smaller school district perspectives.
